Aimee Warnke
About me: I compete in triathlons and cycling races. My first tri was Tri-Jesus in 2005....and then I was hooked. Since then I've competed in over 25 tris including 2 world championships. I started racing competitively in cycling (road races and crits) in 2008-2009 when I joined the SLU Cycling Team. I've always been a competitive person and love racing, but I also like the personal satisfaction from beating my own PRs. The sport has become my lifestyle, and I find enjoyment from training, racing, and meeting people through the sport.
Upcoming race(s): Ironman Canada.

Tamara Weimer

Paul Joyner
About me: Maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle is one of the main reasons I race and train. The comrade, fun, and socializing are some of the added benefits for the Rolla Multisport Club members, including myself. All these things help me to keep a positive attitude throughout my training. It also reinforces that an active lifestyle is the right choice.
Upcoming race(s): Mardi Gras Half Marathon (Ginger is wanting me to do the full, undecided).

Ginger Joyner
About me: For me racing and training is all about setting goals and striving for personal improvement. It is always a great feeling when you accomplish a new distance. Right now I am very excited to begin training for my second marathon, The Mardi Gras Marathon in February 2010 in New Orleans.
Upcoming race(s): Mardi Gras Marathon (Paul is doing it with me, he just does not know it yet).

Abbie Sherman
About me: I consider myself primarily a runner but also love cycling. I finished my first half and full marathon and century ride in 2009. In 2010, I hope to improve my finish times for these events as well as learn to swim well enough to start competing in triathlons. I would also love to do an adventure race or two.
Upcoming race(s): Go! St. Louis Half Marathon, more TBD.

Jeff Stover
About me: I got started racing five years ago when my brother challenged me to a duathalon. At that point, I was hooked. Since then I have competed in too many to list them all. Some of the bigger races that I have done was Multiple half Iron events to include some of the bigger ones like my first Half, the 2008 Taylorsville Lake Half Iron. (That was the hardest race of my life), The Redman Half Iron in Oklahoma City a couple of times, crap load of Olympic distance sparsly included and somewhere between 30-40 sprints. The reason that I keep doing it is because I can continue being an athlete for the rest of my life. My life stlye changes once training season starts and I live the life of training for my next half. Rolla mutisport club is a great collaboration of active people in the community striving to enjoy life. Click here for pictures of me and my family at the at Trail West, Buena Vista, CO: Jeff at Continental Divide.
Upcoming race(s): May 2 TriZoo, May 23 Gateway Tri Carlyle IL, June 5 Colliseum Rock N Roll Tri Half, June 19 Big Shark Newtown Tri St. Charles, Aug 15 Degray Lake Arkadelphia AR, Oct 2 Club Championships in Myrtle Beach.

Upcoming race(s): Country Music Marathon, Patriot Half Ironman, Myrtle Beach Halfmax, others TBD.

Marg Olson
About me: Although I’ve been physical all my life, I was never competitive. In about 2005, inspired by my sons, I formed a team of O40 women to play indoor soccer. Shortly thereafter I started reffing youth recreational soccer. Somewhere in there I started running the occasional 5k. In 2009 I completed in 7 sprint triathlons. For 2010, every time I’ve trained for and signed up for a specific tri I’ve either gone on a fire assignment, just got back from a fire assignment, or was sick after a fire assignment! I hope to get to at least one sometime in 2010! In the meantime, I try to train like I’ve really got a race this week!
Upcoming race(s): Something that has ‘day of’ registration!
